In depth

Verdict

FROM THE HEART (NAP) ran well for third at Market Rasen on last month’s debut. The runner-up is rated 127 so the form looks solid enough in this context and Philip Hobbs’ charge gets the vote to come out best. The Some Dance Kid was still well beaten when placed at Carlisle on his hurdling bow and the remainder all make their debuts over timber today. Oriental Cross is a bumper winner and Phoenix Way has joined Harry Fry having won a point-to-point in Ireland. Flash The Steel landed a maiden bumper earlier and is preferred to Rapper and Mr Pumblechook.
