Verdict

A Grade 2 winner over hurdles, HERCULE DU SEUIL made a promising debut over fences when runner-up over track and trip. He acts on fast ground and is preferred to stablemate Winter Fog. The latter finished behind fifth-placed Ballyadam over hurdles at Punchestown last month while Hamundarson finished behind the selection here having placed on his earlier chasing bow. Lieutenant Highway and Prairie Dancer have their first start over fences with Joseph O’Brien’s charge rated higher over timber.
