Why But Why was having only his third start over fences when landing a beginners' event at Tramore and there looks plenty more to come. Boxer Beat followed his victory in a Killarney handicap with a moderate effort over hurdles so he should do better back over the bigger obstacles. Claragh Native was a long way behind him at Killarney but did much better at Tramore last time and should get closer. Galloping Gander has been running moderately over hurdles and fences so a chance is taken on MUZAK, who won this a year ago and also scored here in May. He has been performing well over hurdles recently.
