Johnny McGeeney once looked potentially useful and though eventually well beaten on his comeback over hurdles at Killarney a fortnight ago, his first start for almost three years, he ran well for a long way. Kahdian showed a bit of potential on the Flat in France but hasn't done much for new connections over timber and Rae's Creek looks to have a better chance despite failing to deliver when favourite for his last two starts last summer. SYNCHRONICITY started off with Richard Hannon and has taken his time to find his form over hurdles for Charles Byrnes but has looked a progressive type recently and can follow up his victory at Thurles in January by taking this. Dalasiri's close second to Shield over 2m at Dundalk looks a good effort and he's won over hurdles on soft ground but dual bumper winner Nouveau Moulin went backwards over hurdles during the winter.
