Verdict

Palmones had slipped down the weights before winning over track and trip last month and is back up 4lb. She’s still preferred to Remarkable Lady and Snoozing Indian, who failed to cope with a rise in the weights last time having both won over a mile earlier. But VASTONEA latter ended last year with a win at Leopardstown in October and Kevin Prendergast’s grey should have come on for a recent reappearance at Navan. She gets a tentative vote with Castle Guest back on a winning mark but continuing to struggle.
