Verdict

KATIE DO continues on her merry way and, after beating today's rival Abarta comfortably here last month, completed a hat-trick of handicap victories from 9lb higher at Listowel on Saturday. She arrives here with a penalty but, providing she isn't feeling the effects, can gain her fourth consecutive victory. Abarta followed that defeat by scoring at Galway and is probably the main threat again as El Grande was six lengths behind him at Downpatrick in June. However, the latter is lightly raced and was in front at this trip when runner-up at Wexford the following month. Baby Whizz pops up every now and then but still looks a few pounds high in the weights.
