Mick Winters is striking while the iron is hot with GRANNY BIDDY, who is aiming for a hat-trick after victories at Tramore and Listowel. She has a 6lb penalty for that latest success but this doesn't look much tougher and her young rider's claim is again a plus. Eiri Na Casca scored over fences at Tramore in July and though failing to take advantage of a much lower hurdles mark here last time was only just beaten by Kilganer Queen, who runs in the previous race. Movingswiftlyalong battled on strongly to land a Sligo maiden but will find this much tougher and Be My Vinnie hasn't run since landing a Limerick handicap in March where he appreciated stepping up to three miles. Celtic Monarch was a disappointing favourite at Sligo and will need to bounce back here.
