Verdict

Ballybaun Star comfortably beat Spick And Span over slightly further here but the latter is 7lb better off and it should be close between them this time. Moakland has a long absence to overcome and may need a bit further but LIEUTENANT HIGHWAY's victory over Minella Youngy at Downpatrick was given a boost by the runner-up last week. Gordon Elliott's charge can complete a hat-trick but Great Realisation, though still a maiden, can go well with his age allowance and Jack Foley's claim to aid his cause.
