The veteran Spa Wells ran very well at Punchestown and Clonmel before a poor effort in better class at Perth and he may be a few pounds high at present, a remark that also applies to Coral Creek, who is still a maiden despite running some good races. Thistimesforgood probably found 2m2f just stretching him at Downpatrick but Perfect Buttons had some strong form last season and will be better for a belated reappearance at Roscommon. Diyla has been running moderately on the Flat but Heavenly Bound is certain to be a threat despite an 8lb rise for a convincing victory at Roscommon. LIKE THE DA isn't the most consistent but he's useful at his best as he showed when beating Uncle Taffy at Down Royal in May and can hopefully be on one of his going days here.
