Bugscuffle showed improved form at Down Royal though that was his 14th start without winning. Hanoi Jane attracted good support when tackling this trip at Limerick and looked like winning entering the straight but found little. She gets a chance to gain compensation in this poor-class handicap but EVERYSTEP OFTHEWAY made such improvement when a close third at Naas that he's handed the vote with his rider's claim a bonus. Cosmo Renfro showed a bit more dash on his handicap debut at Limerick and wouldn't need much more to get involved.
