Verdict
Elle Est Grande was beaten a long way when second in a three-runner affair at Hexham on her hurdling debut though should still figure in this company. But a chance is taken AURORA THUNDER handles the soft going as she was placed over a similar trip at Kelso last month and the fourth has subsequently won. Lucinda Russell’s mare gets the vote on that form. Animore represents last year’s winning yard but never figured at Musselburgh back in March when Colorado Gold was well beaten in a bumper at the same meeting. Winning pointer Chanting Hill debuts under Rules and Millie Of Mayo is a newcomer to note.
