In depth

Verdict

Quicuyo has an awful lot of weight to carry and that may just make him vulnerable to the likes of Moonhawk and All For The Cause, and narrow preference is for the last named. Quicuyo holds Moonhawk on their running last time out when he came home 30 lengths clear of him but there is a turnaround in the weights today and so Moonhawk is entitled to get closer, espcially as he is still unexposed over hurdles. On official ratings they are closely matched, with Quicuyo just a 1lb better off than is this were a handicap. However we like All For The Cause who ran better than his finishing position suggests last time out in a decent race at Sandown and also the drop in trip today is likely to play to his strengths. Primo Way was only moderate on the flat but should still be watched in the betting, whilst Currahee gets plenty of weight from most of the field and is not one to take lightly. Castletown Boy has been in consistent form of late and can hit the placings again, however for the winner we will return to All For The Cause.
