GOLDEN JEFFREY, a very rare runner under NH Rules for Mark Johnston, made a highly satisfactory bumper debut behind Brecon Hill at Catterick and with normal improvement should be good enough for this. Dunly showed some promise on his opening run at Newcastle and was only worried out of it close home by Uncle Alastair here a fortnight ago so looks certain to give a good account. Robert De Bruce has only shown moderate form between the flags and Trigger Nicholl is out of a mare who has produced three winners between the flags though he's by Dubai Destination so should have some pace.
