        Verdict

        Global Humor was due to run at Musselburgh yesterday having been beaten by Gweedore over track and trip earlier this month. The latter is only 2lb higher while Mashaan placed over 6f at Chelmsford but is still looking for his first win though is preferred to Star Shield, who gets a change of headgear after another below-par effort. David Barron’s yard has hit top form and novice winner HOMER STOKES gets the vote returning to his winning trip for his handicap debut.
