Rioja Day has the most recent winning form when scoring over 7f here last month but has been well beaten in three subsequent starts. Gun Case won off today’s mark over 7f at Redcar last year but arrives out of sorts and a speculative vote goes to one of the least exposed in TESKO FELLA. He’s slipped further down the weights and it would be no surprise if improvement is forthcoming having switched to Ruth Carr’s yard. Crazy Tornado is not badly treated on last year’s success at Carlisle and finished ahead of Argaki when fifth here last time.
