In depth

Verdict

This looks wide open with half of the field having already won over track and trip. Innse Gall is very consistent but gets little respite from the handicapper as a consequence. Tilsitt should be approaching peak fitness while Sophiesticate finished ahead of Zarabanda at Hamilton, though was more than four lengths behind the still-unexposed Morning Sun here two runs ago. Knightswood was in good form around this time last year but THEOPHILOS overcame trouble in-running to win a shade cosily at Tipperary last month and can take home the lion’s share of the prize money.
