      MISS ROBERTS was only beaten a neck over today’s trip in a nursery at Newmarket before finding a winner rated 90 too good in novice company at Beverley. She gets the vote with both of her main rivals stepping up in distance. Elinor Dashwood and Lunar Streets have won maiden races over 6f and both make their handicap debuts along with Roman Secret and Never Fear. Buttercross Flyer made all in a handicap on the all-weather last month but failed to cope with a rise in the weights last time.
