Royal Rascal's third behind Rosdhu Queen in the Lowther at York is probably the best form on offer here and she has the beating of City Girl on that run. She shouldn't be far away if handling the heavy ground but it's often worth following a two-year-old filly at this time of year if she strikes form and there didn't look to be any fluke about MARY'S DAUGHTER's win at big odds in a nursery on the Knavesmire last month. Along with Momalorka, she did finish behind Royal Rascal at Newmarket earlier but wasn't beaten far and may be capable of reversing the form on this much easier surface. Lasilia could have found an easier race in which to try 6f for the first time but the lightly-raced Melody Of Love could be interesting as she had some useful juveniles well behind when second in a Listed race at Ripon last time. Faithfilly was due to run in yesterday's Roseberry Stakes.
