In depth

Formwatch

Miracle Island Hurdler in good form this spring and capable of going well on the level if in the same frame of mind.

Rudetski held on well to score at Musselburgh over a shorter trip last week and the extra two furlongs today aren't certain to suit.

Rhodamine (IRE) On a good mark at present and will be suited by stronger handling today after his 3rd in apprentice race last time; in decent form and should go well.

Upper Bullens Looks badly handicapped on form so far and is hard to fancy.

Spree Vision Better suited by this trip than those of recent races and comes into on fair show behind Give Me A Ring last month; possible each-way chance.

Major Attraction In and out sort who is difficulty to rely on but would not be out of it if putting his best foot forward.

Backwoods Very lightly raced these days and has clearly had training problems ; hard to fancy.

Hutchies Lady Quirky mare who is hard to catch right but clearly has ability when inclined to put her best foot forward; stays a variety of trips and goes well on the ground.

Mister Doc Looks out of it having run poorly in recent starts.

Dance In The Day (IRE) One of the stables lesser lights making his handicap debut but would be a surprise winner on the evidence shown so far.

Petuntse Capable of winning a race like this and was a shade unlucky in running last time out; stable going through a quiet spell though.

Loblite Leader (IRE) Sprang a surprisw hen winning in selling company last time; clearly in good heart but this looks far tougher.

Bajan Sunset (IRE) Hasn't run well for present connections on turn and looks up against it once again.

Katie Komaite Genuine mare but hasn't won for two years and it's hard to see her getting her head in front today.

Impulsive Air (IRE) Will probably find this trip stretching his stamina with all his best form over 8 and 9 furlongs.

Floating Ember Moderate sort with little to recommend her.

French Master (IRE) Well beaten in selling company and impossible to fancy.

Archirondel Won in good style against an improving sort (SEarch and Destroy) last time and looks a step or two ahead of the handicapper; sure to go close and take all the beating.

Amron Grand old sort but well past his sell by date and will struggle to stay the trip.

Hi-Falutin Very poor performer who will come nearer last than first.
