Verdict

LAKE VIEW LAD (NAP) should gain compensation for his demise here earlier this month when falling at the last when in the lead and travelling strongly. He'd also fallen on his previous start which is an obvious concern but this looks an ideal opportunity. Superior Command wasn't stopping when tackling the minimum trip at Musselburgh and this should prove much more to her liking and Final Fling's two bumper runs have suggested this is much more likely to be his game. Heilan Rebel has also showed a bit of potential in bumpers and though Miss Tiggy's second at Kelso came in a poor contest at least she showed she stayed the trip and acts on the ground.
