      Verdict

RIGHT ACTION (NAP) reappeared after a long break with a very good run at Haydock then scored at this level at Thirsk for which he's been raised 6lb. He's won off higher mark than this in the past so is likely to take some beating. Prompting has only ever raced on the all-weather and was in very good form for Olly Murphy earlier this year. He has his first start for David O'Meara and should get into contention. Erich Bloch, a winner in Ireland for Ger Lyons, made a fine start for Roger Fell at Beverley though some rain would probably aid his cause while Jackhammer, four times a winner last summer, may find this on the short side. Gometra Ginty won three times last summer including a Class 3 handicap at Musselburgh. She returned after a long break with a victory so the lack of a run shouldn't be a problem.
