PLATTSBURGH, a Godolphin reject, responded to Kieren Fallon's urgings to score on his first start for Mark Johnston at Brighton last week. He may well have more to offer, especially over further, and is preferred to another three-year-old, Retreat Content. The latter was quite highly tried as a juvenile and got of the mark over C&D last month but was beaten in a seller previously. Cadeaux Fax will have needed his run at Ballinrobe last month and is an interesting runner from the Gordon Elliott yard, but Monkton Vale has disappointed this year and Machir Bay may have stamina limitations.
