        Verdict

        Few can be ruled out with any confidence and Natchez Trace further complicates matters as he had every chance at Nottingham yesterday. Innse Gall and Molinari are old foes with the latter coming out best at Hamilton on their latest encounter while Dr T J Eckleburg finished third in a tougher race at Newmarket last time having scored on fast ground here back in June. Royal Regent won a lower grade contest over track and trip in August but a chance is taken on FIREWATER returning to form given he’s now back on the same mark as when winning this on testing going last year.
