      Verdict

      MUTUAL REGARD has only run on the all-weather, completing a Polytrack four-timer at the backend of last season. He's 12lb higher on his Turf debut but wouldn't be coming here unless thought capable of adding to his tally. Villa Royale must have been in need of his reappearance as he could hardly have won more easily at Catterick and, though 7lb higher, looks a threat along with Twelve Strings, who beat him just over a length at Bath in October and is 1lb better off. Activate is very consistent though in minor grade and is probably a few pounds high in the weights.
