In depth

Verdict

There is little between these on today’s terms with Persian Royal bidding for a five-timer after making all at Salisbury. Al Marmar went close here last time but had earlier finished behind CITY RUNNER when the latter placed at York. Brian Meehan’s charge ran well again over a longer trip recently and may prove the one to side with. Yantarni failed to land the odds at Newmarket while Epsom winner Larado and Spirit Of Nguru step up from 7f. Bullace and Rhythm N Rock are not out of this and are preferred to the veteran and recent Newcastle winner Raising Sand.
