Ocean Tempest won this last year after landing the Lincoln and MONDIALISTE was second in the traditional season-opener at Doncaster this season before a slightly unlucky third behind French Navy in the Earl Of Sefton. Moohaarib and Fire Ship appear held on Doncaster running and David O'Meara's French import can get his campaign up and running here. Hors De Combat was third in the Britannia Stakes at the Royal meeting here last year and went on to be placed in a Group 3 and a Group 2. He should be well up to winning in this grade this year while Infantry only had two runs in France last year and could be anything but the others appear to have plenty to find.
