PURCELL was drawn on the opposite side to the first three home when failing to figure at Newmarket last time and is capable of much better. Placed in what looked a more competitive heat than this earlier in the year, Andrew Balding's charge should go close if back to his best. Tartary will need to improves on his recent win at Bath but has the scope to do so on only his third start on Turf while Grand Denial is another who may have to more offer as he steps up in class. Can You Conga has a shout in this grade but Equitania and Red Refraction are finding life tough off their current marks.
