A tough race to call for punters but it is hard to escape the improvement made by HATTON FLIGHT and Andrew Balding's runner is taken to continue that winning run at the main expense of top weight Sugar Ray. Hatton Flight has won four of his last five races and has gone up 29lbs as a result. That has just managed to get him into this valuable contest, he acts on any ground and comes from a yard in tremendous form, so with C&D winning form to add confidence we'll not desert him now. Sugar Ray is another C&D scorer and Sir Michael Stoute's colt has a good strike rate with three wins from eight outings. This looks a fair mark and he is very much respected. Young Mick is in decent form after a good run in the Old Newton Cup at Haydock last time. He absolutely loves it here with four C/D wins and despite not winning for almost two years now you couldn't rule him out. Luberon is up 6lb for a classy York win and now the yard is going better he can be relied upon to put in another big effort here. All The Good is up 4lb for winning here last season and fitness need not be an issue with the yard in form, King's Head is very interesting after a good performance last time, while Bureaucrat is not ruled out after a 4lb rise for winning at Epsom over the trip.
