    Verdict

    Wings Of War only beat Hierarchy by a head in the Group 2 Mill Reef at Newbury in the autumn and the latter is now 4lb better off. Hugo Palmer’s colt went on to finish a close-up sixth in the Juvenile Turf at the Breeders’ Cup, staying on well after missing the break. He has less than a length to find with runner-up GO BEARS GO (NAP) but David Loughnane’s entry could develop into a top sprinter this year if building on an excellent first season in which his only failure came when failing to stay 7f in the Dewhurst. Ehraz may have more to offer this season but Space Cowboy’s Tapeta form doesn’t look good enough for a race like this.
