Verdict
Colonial Dreams would have every chance in this if a fall at the last at Sandown hasn’t dented his confidence as he was second to Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle runner-up Black Op at Doncaster earlier with a subsequent winner back in third. Sunset Showdown made a promising debut over timber at Hereford, despite making mistakes, but Voie Dans Voie has had every chance in his last two starts and doesn’t appear to be improving. STORM CONTROL didn’t really handle the heavy ground last time at Exeter but had finished close up previously over course and distance in a race that’s worked out well. He might be worth another chance as Indirocco might just need this after a lengthy absence.
