BLANCHE DUBAWI can atone for a luckless run at Pontefract when slowly away before staying on to some purpose in the closing stages. That represented a good effort against older opponents and she should go well back against her own age group on a straight track with Ryan Moore aboard. Foxtrot Hotel didn't seem at ease at the same venue last month in his first sortie in handicap company when a one-paced fourth. He remains a definite improver and should also be more at home on a more conventional sprint track and on ground with less sting. The remainder have some sort of chance with Da Ponte catching the eye. He needs to be forgiven a surprisingly poor effort last time but had previously appeared quite progressive for the Swinburn team. Pick A Little has enjoyed a fine season but looks high in the weights now.
