Plenty with chances in this last round-up but those who witnessed the victory of SIMENON in the Ascot Stakes on Tuesday won't want to miss him here. Willie Mullins' charge absolutely hacked up that day and, as he goes unpenalised, can gain a famous double as he should be even better suited by the testing conditions. Paul Nicholls saddles the classy jumper American Trilogy, a very useful performer on the Flat in France, and there's certainly no problem with staying the trip nor is there for the superb Overturn, runner-up in the Champion Hurdle and the Chester Cup, which he won last year. Swingkeel landed this a year ago and looks to have been trained solely with the double in mind and though November Handicap winner Zuider Zee hasn't been anywhere near the trip his connections know what it takes to win one of these. Shahwardi represents France and will like the conditions though he's another tackling a marathon for the first time.
