Bollin Eric - a half-brother to Bollin Joanne, has inherited plenty of stamina from his Derby-winning sire, and took the step up to 10 furlongs in his stride in the Dante last time. He acts on a sound surface and should find this trip is well within his compass. There is little to choose between Bollin Eric and Balakheri on their York form and only the former's resolution under pressure sways the confidence in his favour. Bustan is also very much on the upgrade and is sure to make a bold bid to extend his unbeaten run. Kaieteur should also have come on for his reappearance and has to be considered.
