    Verdict

Dozy impressed when beating Vocational in the Hilary Needler at Beverley and there seems no reason why Mark Johnston's filly should reverse that form here. She looks one of the more likely winners of this Group 2 but Best Terms is also chasing a hat-trick after victories at Windsor and Newbury. American challenger Gypsy Robin showed tremendous speed to score on her debut at Keeneland in April and will be thereabouts if lasting home on this stiffer track but Somasach needs to improve on her narrow win in a Tipperary maiden to get competitive here while Fire Lily looked ready for a step up in trip when only third in a Listed race at the Curragh last month. Sandown maiden winner Charlotte Rosina is open to further improvement but this can go to SHUMOOS who, despite showing signs of inexperience, made the useful Frederick Engels appear positively pedestrian on her debut at Haydock and is held in high regard by Brian Meehan.
