Verdict

Jolly's Cracked It loves it here but all of his victories have come over 2m. Harry Fry may have stronger claims with Air Horse One, who is a course and distance winner in decent form at present. Malaya is interesting as she slips further down the weights while Dorking Boy may not have stayed 3m1f at Huntingdon. Myplaceatmidnight has been knocking on the door but is still edging up the handicap and Eden Du Houx has been harshly assessed for winning a Chepstow novice event when he was getting 6lb from the runner-up. THE CON MAN (NAP) has improved with every run and won in a canter last time at Kelso. A 7lb rise is fully justified as he should have plenty more to offer. Prudhomme probably needed last month’s run at Taunton and may prove the pick of the remainder.
