Don't Tell Claire was less than two lengths behind Farhh To Shy here in May and is 8lb better off. The latter won again at Yarmouth two runs ago but she needs some give in the ground, which she won’t get today. Bridestones has been highly tried this year and was hampered when down the field in the Sandringham here in June, though still finished ahead of the disappointing Karsavina. She holds Maggie's Way and Tarrabb on Haydock running. Nothing went right for HIGH SPIRITED in a Listed race over 1m2f at Goodwood in June but an earlier victory over this trip at Windsor has worked out well and she is potentially well treated in this off a mark of 83 if ready after a break. Prepense may be best over 7f but easily justified favouritism at Leicester latest so can’t be ignored.
