A Listed race winner last year, MISTER MANANNAN has finally dropped to a mark that allows him to take part in handicaps once again. Dandy Nicholls' sprinter can take advantage having competed in much better company for most of his career. Medicean Man is likely to be thereabouts again having beaten the consistent Addictive Dream and Lui Rei when runner-up at Windsor last time, but recent winners Albany Rose, Medici Time and Le Toreador have more to do in better company off higher marks. Poppy Seed returned to winning ways back in handicap company last time and there may be more to come from her, however.
