French Saulaie ran his best race to date over fences to chase home Poquelin but we're quite keen to take him on in a warm heat. A few of the opposition have a little to prove but RINGAROSES is an exciting prospect who could take the spoils. The gelding has been handled with typical patience by his handler and ran just the once last season when chasing home Backbord in a competitive Doncaster handicap. He's an exciting prospect who has the potential to go to the top but he clearly comes with risks attached. French Saulaie appears to be heading the right way over fences and his experience will come in handy but Pyschomodo has yet to prove that he's recovered from a traumatic experience. He has pulled up on his only start since taking a very heavy fall at Sandown where he was in the process of running a huge race against Noland; he'd be a leading player if able to reproduce that form. Russian Around is another with plenty of potential for chasing but he returns to action following a couple of modest performances and may be best watched as a result. Few with solid claims but plenty possess potential, Ringaroses is the one for us.
