Clararose may need further on pedigree but the Skelton newcomer shouldn’t be left out of calculations. Masked Dance would also be suited by a longer trip but CREDROJAVA has won a point and Isabella Bee also has experience in that sphere. Harry Fry’s charge gets a tentative vote as Nicky Henderson hasn’t had Gowran winner Bombay Sapphire for long so this may be a sighter and Ruby Island’s Hexham win hasn’t been franked. Redeemable has changed stables since a disappointing favourite at Uttoxeter in July but Miss Paige ran green when third at Stratford in August and should be capable of better.
