In depth

Verdict

In another trappy affair Chabrimal Minster has the course experience and is given the nod ahead of Jardin de Beaulieu and The Tall Guy. The selection is very lightly raced for his age and should step up in what he has achieved so far. He ran here in May, chasing home Honest Yer Honour in a Hunter Chase. He gets in here on a decent mark and looks the one to be on. Jardin de Baeulieu was rated 121 twelve months ago so now looks on a decent mark. He performed with credit when second to Jack Of Spades back in April and a repeat of that effort could be good enough for a place this afternoon. The Tall Guy has obviously had training problems but connections have persevered with this nine-year-old, so if there is any market confidence take note. All in all this is a modest enough affair and Chabrimal Minster could be up to the task.
