Parsnip Pete loves it here and was successful in this last year off the same mark. He has been pulled up in his last two starts, however, and isn’t getting any younger. Lofgren has won his last two by a wide margin but the novice has been raised another 8lb since scoring at Kelso. Oliver's Gold is more than capable but possibly a few pounds too high after winning at Cartmel. Owen Na View still isn’t firing and the handicapper appears to have reeled in Theflyingportrait. SOLAR IMPULSE has tumbled down the weights and it’s possible a return to 2m will help the former Paul Nicholls’ inmate, who gets a tentative vote.
