Verdict

Dashel Drasher confirmed his well-being when scoring over hurdles here on his reappearance but the habitual front-runner is going half-a-mile further than he’s ever travelled before. Last season’s Grand National hero NOBLE YEATS easily won a Listed race at Wexford on his reappearance and might be a bit of value back here as most of his rivals have a bit to prove for varying reasons. Ahoy Senor ran a shocker on his return to action in the Charlie Hall at Wetherby and finished behind Sam Brown. The latter is unlikely to be still improving at the age of 10 but did win a Grade 3 handicap last season. Chantry House has been absent since jumping poorly and being pulled up in the Cheltenham Gold Cup in March while this is a significant step up in grade for Sounds Russian.
