England defence coach Mike Ford will have split loyalties when his two sons come up against one another at Headingley on Sunday.
Joe Ford has been named at fly-half for Leeds, with younger brother George set to wear the No.10 jersey for Leicester.
Joe is one of a record 13 academy players included in the Leeds squad, with hooker George Warner and back row Richard Beck also set for their debuts.
Leicester have also named a youthful looking line-up, with James Grindal set to captain the Tigers for the first time.
Greig Tonks and Will Hurrell have been named in the backline after gaining experience at Championship level over the last couple of seasons.
Development
"Playing in the Test windows means we have our senior internationals unavailable, but we have some excellent talent coming through the academy and we've not been scared to call up a number of them into the first-team squad this season," said director of rugby Richard Cockerill.
"We'll have some young faces in the team, but we have got some good young English talent coming through. The development team have done well this year and there is a good opportunity to step up this weekend. It is nice to see those guys coming in.
"These young guys have gained experience in the Academy and 'A' League, some of them are involved in England Elite age-groups and some have been gaining consistent game-time with Championship clubs.
"The academy coaches are doing a great job and now I have a great opportunity to see some of these exciting young English players involved in a competitive senior fixture."
