Worcester winger Marcel Garvey returns to make his long-awaited comeback against Sale in their re-arranged Guinness Premiership round eleven game.
Garvey has finally overcome his hip problems and will make his first start of the season to add some firepower to the Warriors attack.
Lock Will Bowley is also named in the line-up, while back rower Tom Wood is named on the replacements bench after recovering from shoulder surgery.
Ryan Powell is recalled to scrum-half and Netani Talei to the back row as Director of Rugby Mike Ruddock makes a total of four changes from the team that won in Europe last weekend.
Wales scrum-half Dwayne Peel will start for Sale Sharks.
Peel has been sharing the number nine shirt with England scrum-half Richard Wigglesworth this season, a reason widely cited for his surprise ommission from the Wales Six Nations squad.
New Zealand cenre Luke McAlister is unavailable due to personal reasons.
Commenting on his first squad since taking over as Director of Rugby earlier in the week from Phillipe St Andre, Kingsley Jones said: "This will be a tough fixture for us but we have trained well all week and the players are looking forward to the game.
"We are desperate for a win to maintain our target of finishing in the top four and the players know what is expected from them.
"Luke McAlister is unavailable this weekend as he has travelled back to New Zealand to sort out a private family issue, but he will be back for the game at Gloucester in a fortnight.
"We have a good record at Sixways but it's all too fresh in the memory that Worcester beat us at Edgeley Park in November. We will need to respect them and work hard for the full eighty minutes"
