Kevin Sorrell has admitted he is "proud" to be reaching a landmark 300th appearance for Saracens against Bath in the LV= Cup on Sunday.
The experienced centre joined the club back in 1995 and has been a key figure at Vicarage Road.
And although pleased at the achievement Sorrell claims winning the game will be more important.
"The closer I was getting to the number, the more I was aware of it," said Sorrell.
"It's a great honour and something I will be proud of, but that won't be my main thought on Sunday. That will be about performing and getting the win."
Sorrell returns to the line-up as one of a number of changes, with Richard Haughton, Tom Mercey, Rodd Penney and Michael Tagicakibau all given starts.
Kasiano Lealamanua and James Short are set to make their debuts off the bench.
Bath's academy players will get the chance to shine when they travel to the capital.
Rhys Crane, Josh Ovens, Ben Williams and Scott Hobson have all been included in the squad, with the likes of Nick Abendanon and Joe Maddock rested.
There is a long-awaited return to action for Daniel Browne, six months after he damaged his foot at Edgeley Park.
"The timing of the LV= Cup is right for us in terms of being able to turn things around and bring some players back," said Bath head coach Steve Meehan.
"There are opportunities and it's up to us to exploit them."
