Harlequins will look to extend their lead at the top of Pool One of the Amlin Challenge Cup when they face Connacht.
Quins lead the Irish side by two points after two games, but Conor O'Shea's side lost to Saracens last time out.
As a result O'Shea has made a number of changes to his line-up with Gonzalo Camacho and Nick Easter among those returning.
Connacht have made two changes to their line-up with Sean Cronin and Ian Keatley coming in the side.
Coach Eric Elwood has also named new recruit Rodney Ah You on the bench, with the New Zealand prop having just teamed up with the club.
The other game in the tightly-contested group, which sees just two points split the four teams, takes place in France as Bayonne host Cavalieri Prato.
