Saracens will make just two changes to the starting XV as they pay a visit to Kingsholm to face Gloucester.
Sarries boss Brendan Venter has brought in fit-again wingers Chris Wyles and Michael Tagicakibau with an otherwise unchanged starting line-up from that which beat Newcastle.
The rest of the matchday 23 remains unchanged with director of rugby Venter looking forward to the Guinness Premiership trip.
"We were all delighted with the performance against Newcastle but we are not getting carried away with one game and we know that there is a lot of hard work in front of us for the rest of the season," he said.
"We managed the game superbly against Newcastle and we will be looking for our players to do the same at Kingsholm.
"Gloucester are a very good side with quality players across the pitch and will be looking to get back on track following their midweek defeat. But we are looking forward to the game and I believe that if we get things right, we can get the result we want."
Reshuffle
Meanwhile, Gloucester will make changes as they play their third game in a week.
After a home win over Leeds Carnegie last weekend, the long trip north to Newcastle ended in a 25-13 defeat so Bryan Redpath's side will be looking to bounce back against the Men in Black on Saturday.
Fly-half Tim Taylor, who counts Saracens amongst his former clubs, starts at fly-half and will partner Rory Lawson at half-back. Centre Tim Molenaar also returns.
It's virtually a completely new pack from the one that took on the Falcons on Wednesday night with only Adam Eustace retaining his starting berth while Jake Boer will skipper the side.
