Gloucester have made wholesale changes to their line-up for the visit of Northampton on Tuesday night.
The match is the second of three games scheduled within an eight-day period - and comes on the back of the thrilling 41-41 draw with Leicester.
Only Freddie Burns, Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu, Dave Attwood and Jonny May are retained in the starting XV following their record-breaking draw.
Burns, though, with Charlie Sharples, Tim Molenaar, Nicky Robinson and Rory Lawson added to the back division.
In the pack, coach Bryan Redpath hands starts to Luke Narraway, Akapusi Qera, Alasdair Strokosch, Alex Brown, Paul Doran-Jones, Olivier Azam and Nick Wood.
Tough
Northampton have also rotated their squad for the clash - with Jim Mallinder making 13 changes to his line-up.
Calum Clark and Bruce Reihana are the only players retained from the side that beat Newcastle 22-15 - although the latter, a late replacement for Paul Diggin at Kingston Park, moves to full-back.
"We are in the middle of three tough away games but we're heading to Gloucester determined to work hard for a positive result," said Mallinder.
"We want a place in the Premiership play-offs, and we also know that the only way to make sure that we're in the top four is to keep on winning.
"We've made a few changes to the team that played at Kingston Park, but we're able to bring in players who have a lot of Premiership experience and who have all been working hard in training to get a place in the first team.
"We will need to perform well if we want to bring anything home. Gloucester showed plenty of character and quality in coming back to draw at Welford Road on Saturday, and Kingsholm is always a difficult place to play."
