New Wigan coach Michael Maguire is set to name an unchanged side for the televised visit of Hull KR on Friday night.
The Warriors got their Super League XV campaign off to a winning start last week with a comfortable victory over Crusaders at the DW Stadium.
Prop Eamon O'Carroll and centre Darrell Goulding are named in the initial 19-man squad, while Phil Bailey and Michael McIlorum are the only injury absentees.
Former Hull hooker Josh Hodgson is in line to make his Hull KR debut after being included in coach Justin Morgan's 19-man squad in place of centre Michael Ratu, who has a hamstring injury.
Rovers are still without second rower Ben Galea, who has yet to recover from a knee injury that kept him out of the opening win over Salford.
The Robins will be looking for a measure of revenge after their play-off hopes were ended by Wigan last season.
Wigan Warriors squad: Phelps, Roberts, Gleeson, Carmont, Richards, S. Tomkins, Leuluai, Fielden, Riddell, Coley, Hansen, J. Tomkins, O'Loughlin, Prescott, Paleaaesina, Deacon, O'Carroll, Mossop, Goulding.
Hull Kingston Rovers squad: Briscoe, Fox, Welham, Webster, Hodgson, Colbon, Cooke, Dobson, Vella, Lovegrove, Wheeldon, Murrell, Newton, Cook, Watts, Netherton, Fisher, Cockayne, I'Anson.
