Andy Coley will have to sit out Wigan's home game against Castleford on Sunday after failing to overturn a one-match ban.
The Warriors prop was punished for a dangerous throw in his side's quarter-final Carnegie Challenge Cup loss at Leeds last weekend.
Coley unsuccessfully appealed against the suspension, while Amos Roberts is also missing from coach Michael Maguire's 19-man squad.
The winger made his comeback from a knee injury against the Rhinos at Headingley but has been left out as a precautionary measure.

However second rower Steve Snitch and winger Joe Arundel are ruled out through injury for the Tigers, who triumphed 28-22 at Wigan last season.
